saw that number today, again assumed it was wrong so I got on to the old scale and it won't work anymore. It acts like it's working and then the display just goes dead. Talk about good timing with the new scale Weight stayed the same before and after the shower so
to that.

Got up this morning, ate breakfast, and took a walk to the grocery store and back to get some items for the game. 2.5 miles, not too bad. Had about 10 lbs in my bag on the way back. My car is in the shop so I took the lemons life handed and made it into exercise lemonade.

Same again today, which I feel like is a good thing. Normally the days after a workout are a bit lower on my weigh-in and then the day of my workout it has bumped up a bit.

Cad got married to a hottie and has all but disappeared.
Myth said, not long ago, that he'd be making a comeback but we haven't seen hair nor hide of him here since
I never did see much from Martini in this thread besides the very beginning of it.

I continue to monitor the thread.
Given that I said I was back about 4 times, I didn't want to make it a 5th time until I actually had some proof I was really back.
Things got so bad at work with the contest group that we decided that we needed a Fall Edition of the Biggest Loser. As expected I had the biggest gain.
Yes Lester, I am a terrible person. I make bad choices and need to strive to be a better person. My goal in life is to one day make you proud to know me. 
I knew people wouldn't play if the contest took place over the holidays, so the contest ends the day of our T-Giving lunch.
I also have a maintenance competition in place until the end of the year to keep me on the right path.
I'm back at Atkins and riding 10 miles every day.
Down 11 through 16 days.
