If you want to lose a few lbs quickly, go get a bag of sugar free Lifesavers and eat 5-6.

It's like I drank a bottle of milk of magnesia. I guess I forgot I'm intolerant of sugar alcohols.

They seem to have that effect on most people.

Pretty much. Don't do the same routine everyday. And I really really focus on it on Wednesdays before I switched my routine. But I'll do some form of ab/core workout everyday.

Unless I get to the gym 30 minutes earlier, which I already get there and leave before the sun comes up, I don't have time to do a full "core" focused routine. So I do a little everyday. When I was doing my typical routine, MTh would be one type of core exercises, TF would be another type of cor exercises, and Wednesday was Leg day, and I'd do a different set of core exercises that day as well.
If I had more time that morning I'd push harder and do more.

I think tomorrow I'm gonna try crunches with a 20lb weight in each hand on the decline bench, along with using the pulley machine to do crunches just to change it up some from what I did day before and today

No gym today, woke up sore as hell, there is a good sore and a bad and I think I have the latter and it may be because I've been pushing myself for 2 weeks and increased work load this weekend/week.

Will do a 2-3 mile run this evening though

Gonna try a fast day, protein shake for breakfast/lunch and yogurt for supper

186/163.4/2 days

Well... 2 lbs just disappeared from yesterday. Fat just melting off. No muscle loss from what I can tell. No workout today and last one tomorrow.

Sounds like you had a woosh! Lol. Were you doing a low carb diet before starting psmf? I wonder how much of the weight drop is water and how much fat. Regardless, it sounds like you have had great results! Also, how bad has hunger been and have you noticed much of a drop in strength and energy levels?

313/270.6/210

So close to getting out of the 270's I can almost taste it. (taste's like Black coffee currently...) Kept trying to talk myself out of going to the gym yesterday but got home from work and talked myself in to it. The talent in the cardio room was reward enough

This weekend will be the big challenge for me...we're headed to the beach for a 4 day weekend and I'll be packing up my food in hopes to sticking to my diet the best I can. After 2 weeks of bitching about my weight not moving, it finally starts again and the last thing I want to do is come home from the weekend still stuck in the 270's.

Not as low as psmf but I kept it low. I can definitely see tons more ab definition. Thinking I'm dropping done water weight. but fat too.
Honestly I was just coming here to post, this is the first time I've noticed any energy loss. Today was an off day for the gym but I just feel like I'm dragging arse. Prior to today though I've gotten hungry but not terrible. And no energy loss or strength loss in the gym. I actually added 5lbs to a few workouts. I may post before/after pics tonight. Did a 9 point body fat test yesterday evening.... 9%
