I don't think I've ever been considered cut, but I have been known to get ripped. And at my age that's more important.

It's not that much for crossfit225. My friend goes there and you can commit to the 12mo plan for 120/month, but the people that own it are good people. If you run into problems and can't afford it they've been known to let you back out of your contract.

That's awesome, man, congrats.

I went from 283 to 179 and then worked up to about 190 now. Still doing a lot of HIIT to cut down a few more pounds.

Love the thread :bows:

I'm comfortable in that 200 range, 34 waist, and a large shirt, at 180 I was in a 30 waist and medium shirt but it didn't fit right it seemed

I know exactly what you're talking about. I wear medium shirts now and they fit my body type well. At 185-190, I still wear 34 in pants (although I could probably wear 32) and that's comfortable. Too bad we can't all afford custom tailored clothing.

Yup the crawfish fri nite were definately last of the season.
Memorial Day feast today with the families. Pork loin stuffed with poblano peppers and cream cheese wrapped in bacon going on the smoker, corn maque choux, baby limas, homemade apple pie with vanilla ice cream. Tomorrows scale may be fugly. Cardio sessions have been really good lately although I'm at a bit of a non plateau.
