Started working downtown recently, looking for some good places to eat. In the $10-$15 range. Thanks in advance

Cochon Butcher shop for excellent sandwiches. Rio Mar has great lunch tapas. Slice Pizza on St. Charles is cheap and pretty good. Johnny's Poboys is always money. I know these are not exactly in the CBD - but they are close and worth the effort. I also agree with Horinoya which is close to my office.

There's some diner around One Shell Square that my mom always goes to too. Can't remember the name off the top of my head.

Thanks, I was thinking about taking a walk to Johnny's. I will have to try Cochon. I'm trying to change it up a bit. The I've been to the store, welty's, commerce, and all the places at place st charles.

depending on where you are in the CBD, some of these are a far walk.

Lil' Dizzy's, Poydras and Camp
US Prime on Tchoupitoulas in the Ambassador Hotel. Ernst Cafe
Harrahs Buffet is only $9.99 for lunch.
Bambu in Harrahs has $10 lunch specials
Red Eye has a pretty good burger
Felipe's on N. Peters
Ugly Dog
Grand Isle

It is Friday, treat yourself to a great lunch at MiLA. 20.00 three course meal. Best deal in town.

It's not on Canal. It's off of Metairie Rd.

Bus, good suggestions.

Thanks for all of the suggestions. I have eaten at Rodasta's many times, and I am a fan. I always see y'all talking about MiLA on here, just figured I would try dinner there sometime. But for that price, I will defiantly have to do that.
