Tennessee will now get just about whatever defense recruit they want. With O going after them and Monte Kiffin as the coach...that's a force to deal with.

I was wondering how Chavis/Ogeron combination would work. Would a D coordinator really be happy having a former SEC head coach as a line coach hired for him?

Can't worry about it now...

all i know is between this bowl game, our defense, rueban randle, janzen jackson, orgeron, the whole coaching search had got me to where i just about don't care. I am getting sick of it. I cant wait till all the hires are done and the everybody is signed.

+1. It's all a to me at this point. We should all take a hiatus from giving a shite and come back when the dust settles...

meh. does a sticky bother you that much? would you preferred it not be stickied and about 30 different threads started instead? cause that is what will happen.

Hebert says he talked to Orgeron, and when he weighed all the factors he couldn't turn Tennessee down. Who knows if anything is signed, maybe he will change his mind. But it sounded like Hebert was pretty damn sure, even argued with a caller who was critical of O for going after the money.

miami and usc beg to differ. at least 50 percent of the success of a football program is how you recruit. So how much is that worth????? Man the next month is going to be really stressfull seeing who orgeron goes after that we are or is commited to us.
