What do you fellow kayakers wear to keep your feet warm and dry in the winter?

Either waders or white shrimp boots.

Breathable waders. That way I can hop in/out and not worry about it.

Have a pair of ski pants that work great for the really cold days- they're waterproof and have zippered vents for extra ventilation.

If it's just chilly, I'll wear thermals under some rain pants.

For footwear, I have some of Academy's Gamewinner boots that have worked great the last few years- they're currently on sale for $30 off.
I know a lot of guys that wear waders; if I hadn't already had the ski pants, I may have gone that route.

If you're going to wear waders make sure you don't jump out into some soft mud. I've made the mistake and almost paid for it. Suction sucks

I've done that exactly once. I was by myself. Nothing scarier than being dick deep in muck and sinking every time you start to move.
