My place is just NW of there. "Feast or famine" the last few years, or perhaps more accurately "feast or work your arse off and kill 15-20". Just depends on your mood/level of motivation I guess. 8K acres of WRP, brakes,
and fields.

I need to get some of y'all up there this year! 90 min from the Racetrack on Bert Kouns.

I'm not sure who it was, but it's a friends friend and he always warns us every year.

My dad's friend also ran a crew boat into a unlit barge and ended up in the hospital for a month.

I just booked a late season goose hunt with TAW. I saw a pic or 2 you posted here of some hunts. Any advice? I can't wait, and our hunt isn't till Feb.

St Catherine's is a zoo, from what I hear. I'm on private land south of the Homochitto River. I can hear them blasting away on Gilyard Lake...like a war

Sounds just like my place. Ive got 600ac plus immediate White River/Cache timber access in Clarendon (14mi from "mecca" of Stuttgart) and the past few years have been comical.

If it ever straightens up we need to swap hunts sometime. Our spots are only about 3hr away from each other.
