Eat whatever cut of meat you want, as long as you dont overcook it or soak it in frickin Italian dressing. I will never understand that.

You may as well drink blood straight from a jug. Different tastes I guess.

Raw cow is glorious. A good tartare will change your life. It's not blood, it's juice. A rare hamburger doesn't need condiments, you just have to flip it as soon as it's served so the top bun soak up that lovely blood, I mean juice.

A medium rare steak isn't exactly fresh blood, genius.

When I lived in the south it was always a ribeye but after living in the north it’s a NY strip. I like them both but if I had to chose it would be a strip steak now. Cook it very rare

I worked with a chick once who put ketchup on dry aged steaks.

I never invited her over for dinner. Steak is supposed to taste like steak. Little salt & pepper and that's it.

ETA: I like a good porterhouse, rare to medium rare.

In the pic of your actual steaks cooking, are you using a reverse sear method (finney metheod)?

The tbone changes into a porterhouse when the filet grows in size...

Yes, and those filets look quite small that is why I thought they were a t-bone. Especaily the one on the left.
