This is for game native to our area, I sure do love some Salmon and Walleye

There's an upscale restaurant in Casper, Wyoming that sells a $50 elk steak and moose steak. Hadn't tried the moose but that elk steak puts elk above duck and rabbit. And I've had each at 5* restaurants. Greatness. But not on elk's level.
