One about 5 months old is very hard to beat.

I like a lot of different fish so it's hard for me to say. A 1 lb channel catfish caught out of Toledo Bend or Darbonne are hard to beat.

bream. in fact, if you could fillet a bream like a bass/white perch, way more people would be talking about it being the best fish in the world.

that's just my opinion.
