Boiling crawfish Saturday and taking the boat out Sunday. Probably Hopedale on the BM side. Gonna see if there's any ducks left while I'm down there.

Where y'all fishing this weekend?

Waiting on a text for a Toledo combo trip. If no text, then I have to decide between Saline and Spring Bayou.

Nice. I did the same and strapped some cameras to a tree to see how it's going. Headed back to the camp next weekend to pull the cards.

We'll be simultaneously targeting white sacraperch in Bruin and Flatheads/blues/channels in the Landmass river backwater.

Heading to Delacroix Friday night. Reds on Saturday and Trout on Sunday. If we can find some clean water Saturday will be breaking out the long rod.

Is anyone in this thread checking the wind forecast?

Da Rez.

Gotta hit it up now before FLW, BFL, FoM, and then the Elite series works that place over.

Last time I was there, a wildlife guy told me they were expecting ~5000 tournament fishing boats to hit the Rez between mid February and early May.

I'd love to hit that place when it's on.

Sunday isn't that bad for inshore fishing. I'm seeing 8-12 with the occasional gust. At least it'll keep the bugs off.

I'm hoping that ignoring it will make it go away.

Plan on taking REB jr and catching a mess of sac a lait at Chicot. The wind looks like it's supposed to lay down Saturday night. We'll be up in the trees running yoyos so it won't matter much.
