What is the best site to find used bass boats? I know about BBC and boattrader, are there any others? Thanks.

Most fishing forums have a for sale area. Find a couple of bass fishing forums and look there.

Check Louisiana Sportsman classifieds and Craigslist. They both seem to have a fair amount of used boats.

I have a sailboat I need to sell.

I'm sure you can catch bass just fine out of it.

I'll start drawing up the paperwork

Craigslist, Facebook, and sportsman are the best places to look. Spring is when a lot of people want to buy so you'll probably need to have a good feel for what you want and be ready to pounce on it if you find a deal.

I would avoid the boat trader type sites other than looking to get a feel for the market. There is a 6-10% fee for the service. Much better chance of finding a owner that doesn't want too much hassle of selling and cutting you a good deal. Also, make sure to asses the trailer leaf springs, rotors, brakes, lights as this can be immediate expenses after buying a used boat. I have already had to spend over $1000 on my trailer bought 6 months ago

There are a few boat selling pages on facebook. If you know what you want, you can search it and it will show you what boats are for sale with the matching criteria.

South La Boat trader on Facebook always has a ton. Classifieds on LA Sportsman is another good spot.

I'm planning to sell mine in the next few weeks and that's where I'll post it.

Texas fishing forum. Bass Cat has a used boat section in their forum section also. Try bassboatads.com too.
