I edited my original thread but I guess its anchored so I'll start a new one. I asked a couple weeks ago about buying a Honda four wheeler or ranger and between the help I got here and at home I decided to go with the ranger. I got a pretty good deal on a 2015 900xp so I jumped on it.

Have only put 2.5 hours on it but what I've found so far is that the bike is very smooth riding and has enough power and space to do anything I will ask of it. Apparently the engine has been turned up for the 2015 year model and people on the interwebz say that they are a lot quieter. I don't know because this is the first one I've ever ridden in. Seems like splittin hairs to me but whatever.

Took about 5 hours but we got a forward set a arm kit from highlifter on there. 30" moto monsters and shes ready to tear up a ricefield. and probably some axles. and maybe a diff. I don't know how to resize the pictures so im sure they'll be massive. Sorry bout that.

Let me know what yall think.

Needs a bitchin' light bar, some big ol' stereo speakers, and a train horn.

Other than that, pretty cool.

How do you like those MotoMonsters? We're a distributor for them but everyone seems to stick with either OL2s/Backs/Terms. One of our customers has a Ranger 900XP with a 5" S3 lift and those new Outback Max tires, it's sweet. I'm a big fan of those 900 Rangers.

Very nice. Huge jump from a Honda ATV to a 900 Ranger! Roof with some speakers and a half windshield would be some things I would want to do.

I don't have much first hand experience with the monsters. Got a smoking deal on them so that's why I went with em. Everything I read says they're comparable to the other ones you listed. OL2 is the best looking tire IMHO.

Roof with speakers and a half windshield are on the horizon.

The pattern is fairly similar to the backs or outlaws so I assumed they'd perform similarly.

I had a set of Silverbacks on my bike when I bought it. Rode like a damn dozer, took them off asap. Went with OL Radials, couldn't be happier. Rides like stock tires.

There's a set of 30" Backs on an XMR we have, I hate them. They'll soon be swapped for OL2's.

Good choice by going with the 900 instead of the 500. That thing is stout!

I need a side by side, but I definitely don't need one that big. I could never get that through the woods.

Look at the mid-size Deacon

ETA: Have one and love it.

Few years ago we took a chain saw on my buddies property and cut a trail for his Kawasaki side by side. I can't go down them trails. This thing is 60" from the factory. My brother measured the outside of the lugs last night and told me it was 69.5". His one generation old sierra is 72" with the stock tires.
