How did the Tacoma hold up in the crash?

Did you see the pictures?

I was fine albeit a bit stupid (no seatbelt), but it folded up pretty good and the dumbass tow truck driver screwed up the bed and whatnot trying to pull it out.

Yeah I saw the pictures. I guess was more asking did you feel safe in it. Don't really know what I'm trying to say. Ignore me.

Always been a chevyrolet man, no reason to change!

Man, like I said I always drove either a new GMC or Chevy every 6000 miles. When I changed jobs and drove a Titan it had to be the most shittest new truck I every drove. I had my choice between the Tundra and Ram. I'll drive the Tundra and next one I'll try the Ram.

I am really impressed with the Tundra, which is saying something because after working in the car business for 30 years that kind of stuff doesn't affect me anymore (new vehicles)

I felt safe afterwards.

Tow Truck Driver and Cop said I should not have walked away from it.

But I was fine laughing at how stupid I was, but safe yes safer if I had proper safety equipment on.

What has impressed you about the Tundra other than you like the looks? I test drove one after the 2013 F150, 2013 Ram and 2014 Chevy and they all performed at least as well and mostly better. The computer systems and overall set up of the cab also was better in the other 3. The navigation and the computer system in general in the Tundra seemed outdated. Also the fuel economy of the Tundra was crap compared to the others. It wasn't a bad truck by any means, but I don't get the hype.

To the OP, this is Ford country, so F150

ETA for spelling thanks to KR ; county, parish, country, whatever; this is Ford area

I pulled a 27 ft offshore boat to my uncle's camp with his 13 f150 and pulled it back with his brother's 13 tundra. The tundra made me a believer...

You survived!

Your yota had a pretty big part in that.

I'd get another one just like it, just for good luck.

Congrats on not dying.

I haven't put enough miles on it but I have heard the mileage isn't like the domestics.....but......it is a beefier truck. Did you ever wonder why you don't see a 3 quarter ton advertised? Don't need to build it this one has the capacity of a 3/4 ton which is why the fuel mileage is different. Beefier truck.

Besides it can pull the Space Shuttle
