There is a special express package, kinda like King Ranch just more urbanized.

You're right. I was referring only to the 1500 regarding the fiat.

Interestingly, I heard Titan has bought the Cummins diesels that were built for the dodge 1500.

Sharp truck.

I was being facetious about Express' earlier, fwiw.

My little brother almost got an Express but ended up with a less-optioned sport in fire engine red.

I think Cummins was making the engine no matter what, first come, first served. But yes, it's a 5.0 liter making around 500 lb-ft tq and will be in the 2016/17 Titan.

Tim Hoover's (the father of the Hemi) last project before he retired was the Lil Red Express. Had a 360 with a hotter cam than the regular 360s.

1979, I think.

Love those trucks. My uncle had one before I was born. I foresee them being worth some solid $$$ in the near future.

My 100%/no ethanol gas guy turned down bill goldberg to buy his matching #s lil red express

goldberg had a duffel bag full of cash and he still got shot down, that was like the last real big thing that happened around here.. :lol;

Guy still has it and is gonna give it to his son once he dies, his son told me years ago I'm first in the list if he considers selling it

I can believe that. Brand loyalty is keeping Chevy and Ford at the top.

I agree with some of this and disagree with some of this. First, Ram is picking up younger buyers b/c these buyers are less apt to have had a bad experience with Dodge trucks in the past. Second

This. My dad had a couple dodges because they were cheaper. He regretted both decisions. Both were POS. Now that was 30 years ago, but I makes me VERY hesitant to buy a dodge. They look good, but It's gonna take a while to change my mind about them.

Yeah... Dodge got a nasty email from me years ago one night when I was loaded with my buddies down in BR about straying away from the original mopar color schemes

The Express gets you the Hemi, Sport exterior, but low grade interior. Prices are pretty low.

We used to have a B5 Blue Challenger SRT8. My dad would like to have a Sublime green Mopar, new school or old, but he just doesn't have the time or place for one right now.

Same sort of thing went down for me except with the Dodge dealer. Looked at the Tundra, the GMC/Chevys, and went to Dodge last since I was already familiar with them and already driving one. Came really close to pulling the trigger on a 4x4 Sport Crew, but the dealership experience was so crappy I just left and bought a Tundra. In hindsight, I could have just went elsewhere, but I'm really happy with the Tundra anyways.

Brand loyalty is a huge flaw in consumer decisions, especially with automobiles. People generally overestimate the value of what they have today and underestimate the value of change.

Agreed. If it weren't for brand loyalty, everyone would be driving a Tundra!

Love the GTX.

This is the only Mopar I have a want for right now...at least until I can afford to have two vehicles.
