I didn't see a thread yet so I though I would start it since I'm 2 margaritas in. Smoking some baby backs and guzzling margaritas!
3oz 1800 Repasado
1.5oz Rosie Sweetened Lime juice
1tsp Grand mariner
Salt/ice/stir
Ribs:
Rub with Tony's, Onion&garlic powder
In smoker for 5 hours, last hour sauce every 15 minutes.
Sauce: ketchup, brown sugar, siracha, a little soy sauce
Cheers folks!

Rib-eyes, leftover mac and cheese, loaded squash my wife just concocted, green limas, and backed potatoes loaded. Not drinking, fixing go exercise, then drinking. Nutty buddy for dessert.

I have been showed the error of my ways the past several years by the BBQ gods, I have been a dirty propane slut for years and have suffered because of which...
A few weeks ago I broke out my charcoal grill and grilled a few burgers just for shits and giggles, those burgers we're the best I've had in years. It was amazing the difference in taste and quality as opposed to propane.
I am dirty charcoal slut once again and I am a better man for it.

Making some pastalaya for some friends in Austin. Pearl Snaps later. Austin is a cool city but I don't think I could live here. Too many tree huggers and suburbia peeps. I did see a nice 8 point in velvet a few minutes ago in my friends backyard.
