I don't disagree that you have the right to "fish in a public bayou. And I agree that you have the right to "use all the public waters of the state."

What I question is your ability to comprehend what defines "public waters" in Louisiana.


p.s. As has been mentioned, 1812 is important. Perhaps a visit to the Louisiana State Land Office would be instructive.
