That snake is harmless. I catch those in my backyard quite often.

Let it live. Only harm it can do is give you a heart attack if you step on it.

Let that one go.

Round eyes.
Head same size or smaller than body....(yes, I know a coral snake fits in this category as well...but there's another way to tell if it's a coral or not).

Not a venomous snake.

I would let it go but if my wife sees it I have to kill it
