Took her hunting for the first time Saturday morning and she hasn't been the same since. Shes been throwing up some kind of yellowish vomit. She did it about 5 times yesterday. Anybody have any ideas? Shes 7 months old and up to date on all her shots.

Parvo?

regardless, get her to the vet. No time for self medicating or waiting. TIme is your enemy. (and I say that form the veterinarian's perspective).

Good luck.

If it is a yellowish foam

If there’s something in the vomit besides yellow foam, it may help to bring a sample to your veterinarian. Of course, if there’s grass in the foam, for example, you may already have your answer. So keep your dog from grazing on the lawn, and see if the vomiting subsides.

If your dog shows other signs, including loss of appetite, lethargy and diarrhea — or if you notice a yellow tinge to your dog’s skin, eyes or gums — it merits a trip to your veterinarian. The problem may be as simple as a sudden diet change, stress or side effects from medication. But it could also be something more serious, such as pancreatitis, toxins, liver disease, parasites, allergies and more.

I'm at college now but my dads bringing her to the vet now, I just hope it's not parvo. I've gotten so attached to her. Somebody said that she could have gotten parvo from being where coyotes had been.

She ate just a few hours before she threw up the second time but it wasn't much.

Probably from eating some type of vegetation. If she is eating and drinking water, just watch her to make sure she gets better.

It's not parvo.

Probably just ate something that didn't agree with her.

Maybe she ate a frog or something.

Yeah I agree...no bloody stool reports, so I'm not thinking parvo either.

She might have eaten a bug or something outside. My Chocolate does that from time to time...it's the puppy in them.

My MiLs chiweenie attacked a toad in their front yard the other night and started doing this. It's best to get it checked out though.

Mine just had a stomach problem recently too. Called the vet and he said a lot of dogs have been having it. Said it could be from Mosquitos. It passed after two or three days.
