Pizza Hut and crown.

Made 102# of sausage today by myself. From boston butt to freezer in 5.5hrs. This dog is tired. Made about 30lbs of deer sausage for myself and the rest (pork sausage) is already sold. [/URL][/img]

After 35 minutes at 275, smokes rolling on the cast iron now. Resting for 15 minutes. On drink #3
