So you are admitting you are a race baiting POS?

I think the heads of vipers are triangular whereas a non venomous snake is more oval. Also the eyes of vipers are not round.

We all know you're just some wannabe hunter who intentionally profiled an innocent snake and then took its life.

You're a monster!

Correct. Plus they have a heat pit between their eyes and their mouth.

Personally, I wouldn't get that close.

Yes, that and the pupils are elongated vertically and the anal plates (scales on belly from the vent to end of tail) are singular or one row as opposed to split anal plates of non-venomous snakes.

By the looks of that picture I'd say he has a pit between his eyes.

And no way I'm getting close enough to check his anal plates out.

If you guys are reverting to this kind of thing for snakes in the US, you really need to look at more snakes. You should be able to spot the venomous ones immediately. Not unlike knowing when you have caught a kentucky, or killed a blue wing.

All of the following are nonvenomous snakes.

Well of course. A Cottonmouth, Copperhead and Rattler have very distinguishable patterns and colors. Cottonmouth's also "float" on top of the water and are usually fat. Not to mention the whtie mouth. They do look similar to some water snakes however at a quick glance so it's not always safe to assume.

Excellent shot -- especially since you handicapped yourself by using a 1911.

Can u get a belt or wallet made out of a mock a son? Or even boots. Wouldn't that be funny. Here's one I found outside today. Met his maker, picture with the obligatory foot in picture and its a boot made with his father. SNAKE, I AM YOUR FATHER.

Cottonmouths do have a very distinct look to their head, but "triangular" isn't an adequate enough description. There are only 4 basic types of venomous snakes in this country, and they are not that difficult to identify. The only one that is just a little confusing is the Cottonmouth, since their pattern generally darkens too much to be easily identifiable at a glance - thus it is often confused with watersnakes. But their head is VERY distinct. It amazes how many outdoorsmen don't take the time to educate themselves and freak out over every snake they see.
