If that was on a Glock, you're referring to a "gunsmithing" task that's about as complicated as changing a fluorescent light bulb - certainly less complicated than changing a float in a toilet tank.
Takes maybe 10 minutes with one tool (sight pusher) for the rear sight, a small hex head wrench (that comes with the night sights) for the front sight, and a drop or two of Loctite.

Thanks for pointing out that link. Seems like there is some sort of communication break down somewhere. I hate that this happened. It seems to happen too often and that needs to change.
