34, this is not the perfect OB property because it doesn't have tuna or pheasants, or elk or getting' drunk

Well lucky for you I just sat down last month and wrote another verse to this song and took delivery of this lil girl to solve the tuna problem. The rest will fall into place.

That's a long ways down the miss river from ark to tuna fish. Probably need to edit verse and include helicopter to take you from ark to boat on coast or better yet to platform 100 miles out that boat meets you at

I got a 243 and 7-08 that are pretty much worthless, but I'll throw them in the pot for a buck.

1.5 hr flight from someplace with an airport large enough for my private jet to land on???

After I win tomorrow's powerball, I'll buy it and invite the ODB to manage and hunt/fish it...

But first we have to all agree to either high fence or not and decide to shoot spikes or not.

Some people will never understand why a King Air 200/300 is better than almost any jet one could buy.

You can land at the smallest strips closer to your lodge.

One parked next to us the other night in Monroe. Painted dark gray/green - looked like the perfect plane for a Cartel boss.

Also: I had a professor who said that if a client comes to you who has fired their previous counsel, run. This lady has been through four! That's real, real bad. I'm glad the judge called her out on it.

I might have to pay $2.1 just to look at it? Thats a deal breaker for me, sorry guys...

If I had a billion dollars I wouldn't tie up 3mil just to check out the property.

But I can't say I blame them, gotta weed out the poors.
