Why do people go with the elevated eating surface on bars? I've always preferred an eating space the same height as the rest of the countertop.
High quality problems...definitely jealous.

I like the location

I'm sure its not a major thing, but is there any concern over the extra rain water that will be directed from the roof into the pool?

where is the kegerator?

When preparing chicken, pork or beef, I prefer to have a level of separation to prevent cross contamination.

Planning on draining my ice maker into the pool.

Roof will probably be tin or metal to eliminate granules from asphalt roof getting in the pool.

Also, I will install gutters as well.

I wouldnt want the extra roof rain water falling in the pool, plus it will "stain" that part of the slab.

With that cabinet setup, depending on your slope, water will dam up at the cabinets, stay wet and stain the slab. Unless you have gaps in the base so water can flow under the cabs.

Drill holes and place 1/2+ inch rebars, in the posts, slab. (Perpendicular to the post)

I don't care for the high wall on the back side. What is the point of having it there? Also, why not go free form on the decking rather than having all of those right angles.

May want to consider moving the flower beds a little further from the pool. With them that close you may have mulch and leaves wash into the pool especially during a hard rain.

I like the layout. What about pool shade sails to go over the one of the outdoor table and chair sets:

If you think you will need it, add pvc under the decking so that you can run speaker wire or low voltage lighting cable in the future. Glad I did that because I added omni directional speakers in the landscaping behind the pool after the pool was finished.

Move the fire pit next to the kitchen. Buy an umbrella for the other round table.

In the plans. I plan to have "outdoor rock speakers" out by the pool.

Needs more shade.
Run sprinkler heads to the plant areas.
Residential ice makers don't work well in a non-climate controlled environment.

Try to give yourself more space between the water and your appliances due to corrosion issues. (even stainless will rust)

We used river slicks (smooth rocks) in the beds around the pool for just this reason. Plus, way less upkeep.
