Why aren't you putting the grill facing the pool? You're gonna spend most of your time cooking there, and it would be nice to be able to see everyone while you're cooking.
Also, a sink is easier to plumb on the outside wall

You may want to add a vent opening in your gazebo roof. I like the shade sails and would recommend them over the large open deck area. You will have to sink the support poles through the deck. If you are interested in that, it is inexpensive shade but has to be integrated into the construction. If your climate is south Louisiana, shade is the key to being able to entertain by the pool.
Also, I didn't see"LSU" in the construction plans. To have the pool or deck properly finished, you need to place the logo now.

The grill goes on the outside wall and not the Island/bar area. If you put the grill there you would loose all the bar seating. No one wants to hang out behind a BBQ pit. You may not need a vent hood with the structure being open on 3 sides but take in consideration wind. If you do a hood put the grill and the primo closer together. This way you can get one big hood or make a custom hood. You want 6" of overhang on either side of the grill/primo. I wouldn't mount the primo in the granite, if something happens you might need a new primo and new granite. There is a nice 30 x 15 drawer that goes nicely under kamado's. What grill are you going with? Is there an ice maker in the kitchen? Post your email I can help you with equipment.

I would make the back wall solid and put a TV on it. I,also like the idea of a whirlpool which cascades into the pool. Good Luck

I would have it enclosed somewhat. Even if just a corner going out a bit. Wind can phuck up a flame.
A blowing rain will FU your day

Love it and would like to do something very similar. I'm curious, about how much will this set you back?
Pool is 600 sq. ft. with upgraded equipment, including beach entry. Cost is $42K.
Outdoor kitchen (16 x 16) - price to be determined. I have budgeted $35K, but I expect to come in much less.

How often are you actually facing your grill other than to check on food and turn occasionally?
Also, I prefer not to have smoke from grill and Primo in the middle of where we will sit.

If it helps, I have sailor Mike built into one of my gates by my garage.

Chose Blaze grill - 32" and Blaze professional refrigerator. Also, went with Blaze double burner and am deciding on nugget ice maker for outside (yes, I am aware of the potential issues) and already have a Primo Oval XL.

What is orientation? Will sun be moving down length of pool or across?
Why does the lounge chair on far left not get a table?

Just a drawing. Doesn't mean that we won't have a table or shade.

Sun sets in the west in back yard

You should have plans redone with table included so its not so confusing.

Are you in BR? Who is your contractor??

Move the grill/bar back farther from the pool, you don't want some drunk bitch going al shite because she got splashed by a seven year old

Where the water fall, there nothing like, come home, grabbing a Miller Lite from the bar and watching the sun coming down. With the soothing sounds of water poring over rocks by the pool.
