Caught a few marsh bass this morning

Since there are no teal over here in SWLA marshes, I put down the gun and grabbed a fishing pole. Not too shabby

Bass are on fire in the reserve and areas around Segnette, Salvador, and Des Allemands. Son and a buddy went out around 5 pm 2 days ago and caught 13 decent fish in an hour and a half. Threw some little knotheads back.

Fact


Must've caught 50+ bass last weekend that were 11" or less. Any other day, it wouldn't have been a problem, but weren't what we were looking for the day of our club tourney
