I wouldn't even call him back to tell him how insane he is. I'd just take it as he told me to frick off and leave it at that because he couldn't possibly be serious.

Our group just left a lease in south TX because the owner started comming up with rules like this. Is this lease near Belmont? Those rules are crazy. Sounds like the owner is a little senile. What is the deal with leasing the land out from under you?? Nooo Waay.

all these rules makes it sound like he is going to day lease the tract when nobody else is there, and he wants to know when you are there, where you'll be, and when your feeder is going to go off, calling ahead is to let him know not to lease it
signing in is no big deal, leaving jawbones should be required if you are on a managed property
