The green grass contrast makes that tom cat look huge, I do this with my penis.

I mean do people doubt that a black panther could exist in LA?

Also, looks like a black lab lifting his leg pissing on something

No, they doubt a black panther can exist anywhere, 'cause of genetics and shite.

I have hunted around Lutcher my entire life. Can't begin to tell you how many stray cats I have seen the dogs jump in that time. A few times we shot at more cats than we did rabbits.

Well, that underground utilities marker behind it is about four feet tall. I say house cat.

I see a house cat. That thing isn't that far down that ROW, and that pipeline marker is, what, 6 foot tall at best?
Not a black panther. And this, yet again, is why no one believes they exist. Damn near everyone has a smartphone, there are trail cameras all over, and no one can get a good picture? Even if this were one, it looks like he took the picture with a potato.

That is a very odd looking animal because its tail size is so large. I would guess its just a very large house cat.

Tails way too long to be a tom.
It's a juvenile blackie.

They are out there. My dm has a picture of two in a cane field he took from his deer stand. He's also got one of them caught on his trail cam. The trail cam picture is plain as day. The tail is 19 inches long it looks like
