You know I was trying to ignore that one and only watch the one I filed after that. I was doing good, but am now getting anxious because both of mine should be along shortly. Guess Ill call and check on the second one tomorrow and hope there were no issues.

I shot it once last night and thought something was wrong. Then I realized it's monocore and I got the audible first round pop. Then I further realized I was using high velocity ammo. So I screwed the pooch. Tonight I'll use subsonic and shoot more than once.

Nice rig
Haven't had a chance to shoot my Sparrow yet, but I'm curious how bad the first round pop in it is as well. Seems to be one of the only negatives about it. I really wanted the Mask, as it seems to be nearly as easy to clean as the Sparrow, but less first round pop. But they weren't out yet and I didn't feel like waiting Also, out of a barrel as short as a pistol, pretty much all ammo will be subsonic.

You can do a couple things, pack it with some wadding and wet it, or you can put some wire pulling gel in it, either way will soften that first round pop.

Bumping this. I got the red jacket .22 suppressor as well. Filed on May 17th and picked it up today. Have the same setup as Broke with the SR22. Shot a few mags of regular .22 ammo...ran and cylcled great. Standard velocity ammo was quiet enough at the shooters ear. Its got that first round pop but gets quieter after. I need to find some subs for it. Happy with it for the price.

What was your wait time on form 1? I'm going to efile this afternoon.

FYI, silencerco has atf wait times for suppressors on their website. It was pretty accurate for me.

My efile form 1 was exactly 90 days back in March.

I'll check silencerco site for the form 4, thanks
