The 6.2 is designed for horsepower more than reliability and longevity. It's a limited-duty engine.

OP, how many owners have you seen complain about the Tundra vs. Ford/Dodge/GM owners.

Buy the Tundra and enjoy the ride

To be fair, Ram sells 3 times as many trucks, GM + Chevrolet sells 6 times as many trucks, and Ford sells 7 times as many trucks as Toyota...so naturally you're going to see more complaints for the big 3.

Kind of like PC vs Mac debate.

Grab 10 owners of each and I would bet you hear less complaints from Yota owners. The only knock against them now is they are behind in MPG's because they didn't want to mess with the powertrain. There is a display at every Toyota dealership showing how much beefier everything in the Tundra is. I'm not saying all of this because I own one, I own one because of all of this

Thats what im trying to say. Pull the body off of these trucks and put them side by side.

Everyone that knows what they are looking at will choose the toyota frame and build. If you say no, you are lying to yourself. There is no comparison between build quality of these drivetrains and components. .
Toyota is simply built heavier
