I like it. My wife put it in her car right before we drove to Colorado and she has kept it ever since. Listen to it all the time. Radio Classics, baby!

I have it in my Jeep. I've never paid for it though. My dad bought one of the old ones that you had to mount in your car back in the day, and didn't like it so he gave it to me and activated it on his account after he put in a whole new radio for his truck. I think it was much cheaper to add a line than to pay for a separate one. Several vehicles later and he just always asks me for the new code to switch on as he is switching off the old one I got rid of.

My wife had it free for about 2 years. There was supposed to be either a 30 or 90 day trial period when we got her van. The CD player was messed up and wouldn't load or eject discs properly, and Toyota replaced it under warranty about a month after we bought it. The satellite worked in there up until a few months ago. I may get it activated since that is what we usually take on trips and I hate scanning for FM stations. But there's usually so much noise between the kids in the back that I rarely have it on. If I was driving it alone or just with my wife I would have already activated it.

I canceled mine this month. I stream Pandora, iHeart radio, etc via Bluetooth from mine phone at no cost. I think with today's technology it's a waste of money.

Up in northern ONT etc streaming is not an option - no cell service.... So SAT radio is essential, typically someone will have a standalone unit at the camp/field office to listen too as well.

Weird. I've had it for many years, and that has never happened to my pre-sets.

Same here. I would pay double never to listen to AM/FM again.

I also get the traffic updates on my nav system so that to me makes it worth every penny.

I get traffic updates on my nav without paying for satellite radio. Is there something else I am missing out on*

Probably not. For all I know mine may do it without the traffic updates but I am paying for the traffic thing on my bill and have never not had it.

Do you use up your phone data when you Bluetooth Pandora to your vehicle?

Travel a lot between BTR and Ms Delta, so essential. No AM/FM to speak of in most of that territory. Listen more to news channels, CNBC, college and pro sports; not so much the music channels. Have it in truck, car, and house.

I think I've had it since 2003 I think. Love it and would never not have it again.

I pretty much only listen to CNBC during the week. Music on weekends and football if I can't watch it and it's on.

Yeah but I have a 30 gig plan so that's not an issue. You can stream 8 hours of music with 1 gig.

one of the only things in my life I can't do without

I really wish they would cut the shitty commercials on the patriot channel though.

Wilkow is essentially the yankee version of KR

Worth it. I drive all over the state for work and hunting. I call once a year and threaten to cancel and get a "special deal" every year.

The day I got sat radio was a better day than my wedding and my child's birth. Not really but I love some satellite radio. Have it in all my 3 vehicles, even the one I drive once a month.
