Another Snake ID

This snake washed ashore over here in Florida. The story does not give its ID. LINK

In the first pic, the pupils appear to be round, which indicates a non-venomous snake. But the head a looks triangular, and the color pattern looks like a venomous snake, so I say kill it just in case.

I'd go Yellow Rat as well. I've caught a Gulf Salt Marsh snake before, and it was darker and had a red belly.
