It's worth as much as someone else will pay for it. No way I'd pay that. Better way is to get the land, then manage it and create your own.

Only an idiot would pay that for that amount of land. Or someone who is so damn wealthy they just need to spend $. Speaking of that is BlackHawk still for sell? Last I saw they were dividing it up bc they couldnt get it sold as whole.

me either, that's why i was wonder what would most likely happen in someone bought it for personal use and tore all the fences down

Is 2600 acres really high fenced?

at what acreage would you consider a high fenced place to not really be high fenced...must be some sort of # that the deer would be considered native to a certain # of acres...

eta...sorry for the dumb question, two of my favorite ways to past time is to daydream about land i'd buy if i became really wealthy and to look at ranchs and such for sale online

Me too. Trying to find some now. We have natural boundries on our hunting land. large oxbow to one side and around most of one end. Ouachita river on the other. About 450acres in between a several large land owners on either end that manage and feed year round.
