It's worth as much as someone else will pay for it. No way I'd pay that. Better way is to get the land, then manage it and create your own.

Yup
Only an idiot would pay that for that amount of land. Or someone who is so damn wealthy they just need to spend $. Speaking of that is BlackHawk still for sell? Last I saw they were dividing it up bc they couldnt get it sold as whole.

what would happen if you bought one of these places and tore the fences down?
Posted on 1/2/14 at 10:22 pm to SmackoverHawg
me either, that's why i was wonder what would most likely happen in someone bought it for personal use and tore all the fences down

Value would drop for theirs and go up for neighbors. Neighbors would profit!!!

Is 2600 acres really high fenced?
at what acreage would you consider a high fenced place to not really be high fenced...must be some sort of # that the deer would be considered native to a certain # of acres...

Me too. Trying to find some now. We have natural boundries on our hunting land. large oxbow to one side and around most of one end. Ouachita river on the other. About 450acres in between a several large land owners on either end that manage and feed year round.
