Ribeye for me and a filet for the Mrs. Baked tater on the side and drinking ML's while the taters bake.

Made a pastrami and American cheese sandwich with cheetahs (Cheetos) on the side
for lil miss CC.

Had MLK day off but ended up going to the office till 2:30.

Just made fajitas with tenderized deer steak for the first time. They came out really good; will definitely cook them again.

Smoke a picnic pork roast for about 3.5 hours, then finished it in the oven for another 2 hours. Taking the rest to Kansas this week. Potato salad and green beans with sweet tea.

I just about made myself sick eatin too much too fast of eyetallyun sausage and tater soup..very similar to the soup served at the famous nola place, the olive garden..
