USA. We have bastardized versions of so many other countries' foods that they consider to be "American" food, so you'd still get a lot of variety.

I could live with either of those as well. For me would be American though. So many choices. I mean the "Mexican" food we eat is actually American as is the "Chinese" food we eat, and who could give up BBQ?

Japanese or Italian. Since Japanese have noodle dishes and they make some fantastic scotch, I'll go Japanese. But damn I'd miss pizza.
