American. I'm not giving up BBQ.

Greek food would be the one I could live without.

Italy, without a doubt.

Yep, Italian food is very diverse and northern Italian food is fantastic. Most Americans seem to think every dish has pasta in it and that the use of tomatoes is rampant. The further north you go the less the tomato is featured.

I almost feel like American is cheating because of how unique we are in terms of immigration and alteration of food.

American wins hands down for that reason.

Aside from that choice I would go with Indian for me. I love lamb/goat and there is enough variety in the country between northern and southern Indian cuisine that I wouldn't get as bored with it.

I hate cheese so could never do Italy...and most people here saying Italian have probably never had true Italian. It's not garlic bread, marinara sauce, and pizza

I'd go with the good ole USA.

Then one night I could have a steak, the next sushi, the next burrito, etc...

American, because even if you exclude dishes that are uniquely rooted elsewhere (spaghetti, tacos, etc) from being American, you still have all assortment of Louisiana cuisine (which probably wins for me on its own) PLUS barbeque, hamburgers, sandwiches, steak, fish, fried chicken, all assortments of vegetables, etc.

Put another notch on the belt of the good ole US of A.
