Do I need to wait for Chris Kyle or can I just do it myself?

I wouldn't wait. He's gonna be a minute.

Is it? If someone breaks into your house do you defend yourself?

Yes, because your life is in danger.

Now draw the parallel to sniping looters.

Sure, what does that have to do with this? You said someone saying they wouldn't shoot looter makes them a looter

Ok, if someone comes in your house to steal your big screen, do you defend yourself?

His book I believe
I read his book a couple of years ago and I don't remember that being in there. Not saying he didn't claim it, but if it was ever in the book, it was taken out just like the Jesse Ventura stuff.

If I was looting your house I would also have the sentiment that looters shouldn't get shot- as I walked out if your house with your big screen and new speakers.

What are you not understanding about the whole sniping random looters aspect of this? The thread isn't about protecting my house, it's about military shooting civilians.

For the record I would love to shoot some looters, I just can't help but argue with stupidity. Especially when someone claims that a person not wanting to shoot looters automatically makes them a looter

If you defend someone on the internet who thinks looters shouldn't be sniped by the military, does that make you a looter?

I think it depends on if I'm in my living room or not

Sorry, I knew more than a few people who had their shite stolen by thugs who needed new TV's and speakers during the storm. They don't get a lot of sympathy from me.

If they were fortunate enough to find someone in the home/store they were looting, hopefully they got it between the eyes.

I see no difference between them robbing an empty/not empty house and robbing a store, especially given that a lot of store owners stayed on their property during the storm.

If someone picked off a few of them robbing businesses and homes to keep them from continuing, I wouldn't complain.

Now exactly how is that the same as sniping random people because you feel like you are upholding the law? That is murder my friend.

Would you shoot a robber breaking into your neighbor's house? Knowing they were inside?
