You have to be a huge bitch to be afraid to spend time in New Orleans.

Tulane is a very good school, but in general vandy has a significantly better reputation.

Nola v Nashville is tougher. I personally prefer Nola, but Nashville is great too.

Overall vandy would be the right long term answer most of the time, though I think a lot of college kids would have more fun at tulane.

With my completely unbiased opinion, I'd have to say Tulane.

Tulane doesn't have the reputation of Vanderbilt.

Vanderbilt for sure

But NOLA is the better city to attend college.

Lots of jobs.

Holy shite. You gotta be kidding me.

I've read a lot of dumb shite on TD but damn this is among the worst.

Im just curious BK, are you facing a college decision sometime soon? I've noticed you asking about Tulane a number of times.

But also lots of people. 100 people a day move here. Can be a tough market because of that

I spent a week in Nashville in the last couple months, and although nice, it really isn't my cup of tea. There did seem to be a plethora of beautiful split tails, the guys seemed to be a solid group of douchebags. Also a lot of commuters spazzing out over Nashville when they don't live there.

Eta: also ill never ever enjoy listening to country music, not even the random single song that pops up on the juke box.
