Scenario:

-somebody offers you $10 mil to have your foot surgically amputated. Not like lost in an industrial accident, but a clean cut right above the ankle, performed by a surgeon, no complications.
-It's $10 mil cash in a briefcase. Tax-free. Not like lotteries, etc. where the 'jackpot' is $10 mil, but you have to take a $3 mil lump sum or annual payments. $10 mil cash, period.

Yes. Absolutely.

I'd be selfish not to.

There are very few things I wouldn't do for $10 mil.

I need more details for my hypotheticals. What would the motivation be for someone paying $10 mil for my foot?

No one on the OT needs $10M that badly.

I think I'd do it as well. But I would probably draw the line if someone said it would be from the knee down.

I'd do it for 1 million rite now. They can take it with a rusty dull knife or a pit bull chewing it off. All good

I think knee down would be better and less complicated. Better prosthetics for that

If it includes a properly fitting prosthetic foot and payment of related medical care for life, yes.
