Nope. Still do it.

$10 mil would set my family and a future generations up nicely.

With prosthetics these days, it would be selfish of me to turn down the money

I'd be ok with losing both from the knee down and getting some sweet arse spring legs

Seeing as how it would set you up for life without work, I would have to definitely consider it. As long as I could golf, and weight lift I would probably do it.

Considering that they'll only give you $35k for a testicle, yes.

No.

When I was in Rehab after my Knee Replacement there were 2 guys, not much older than me,54,that had just had part of a leg amputated.

I don't want any part of that.

Yes.

I worked with a guy who had a foot amputated in an industrial accident and gets around like champ.

Scenario:

-somebody offers you $10 mil to have your foot surgically amputated. Not like lost in an industrial accident, but a clean cut right above the ankle, performed by a surgeon, no complications.
-It's $10 mil cash in a briefcase. Tax-free.

Yup then I pay him one mill to sew that bitch back on. Suck it JBeam

well, nowhere in the rules did you say that we can't get a prosthetic, so absofrickinglutely I would. With my spending habits, $10M is enough to EASILY retire on right now. I woudlnt' have to work again the rest of my life, and all I had to give up was a foot, that I can easily replace?

Why would anyone not do this?

Considering my hobbies and what I would spend my money on would mostly involve me physically doing stuff, I would not do it. I need my foot.

I would consider a toe though only if I got to choose which toe it was.

I know a guy amputated from the knee down, one of the best short stops at the softball tourneys. Hell yes I would do it.
