Running in the woods is safer than running through the city. Fact.

Isn't Houston known for having a big variety of athletic events since it's a big city?

Although those themed 5K's are terrible. Absolutely terrible. And they charge people like $60-$80 to do them! Worse, people pay that!

Boo - HATE that. It makes me feel like my night is already over when I drive home from the gym in the dark.

I feel like I should be eating dinner at 6 and going to sleep at 8 lately.

If I don't do two rounds of X3 in a day I feel like a complete failure.

you wold hate hunting where I hunt.

I literally have to walk about 200 yards down an dark narrow trail with only a small light to get to my deer stands. In the evening coming out isnt so bad, but walking in at 5am not knowing whats around the next tree can be a little unnerving.

It's okay, you root for the Cubs, you're already a complete failure by proxy.

been going to a trainer at a place that does small group sessions. very fast paced, kind of like crossfit but without the dumb shite and facebook posts. lots of core based strength training with HIIT mixed in.

anyway, had to take a suit to get himmed today. went down almost 2 sizes in the past few months

I turn it off once I start getting clsoe but it's a long walk from where I park my ATV to our stands.
