just typing these posts is giving me the eswag i'm going to need. I need to pick out a bitching shirt to go with my under armour shorts. Hopefully my new bodybuilding.com shirt gets in today. Very form fitting.

I need to get back on it, brah. Haven't missed a workout, but I haven't been taking my supplements like I should.

I usually work out in the afternoons so it's still light outside. Gym I go to I'm usually the only person there in the entire gym if I go in early afternoons....love that. (they give you cards to get access to gym during non-staffed hours). With it finally cooling off here during the day I'll actually be taking my cardio outside more and will incorporate more hikes on nearby trails and bike rides (on a 22 mile designated walking/bike path so I don't have to worry about cars). Not a runner and never will be so not training for anything, just focusing on weight loss and toning.

im just a little too broke and lazy to do supplements consistently. once i plateau im going to invest in some good stuff to get me to the next level
