Every year I go to Fresh Market’s website. They put together a steak or lobster dinner with dozen roses and chocolate dipped strawberries for $60. They package it up beautifully. Takes a few mins to warm up the prepped meal and she gets to feel special. Highly recommend.

1996- Me - "I think Valentines Day is a ridiculous holiday, and don't expect me to be romantic or do anything for it as long as we are together."
2023 - Wife (no pics because I also think photography is ridiculous) is cooking dinner for the family, no mention of aforementioned holiday.
