This, I don't want to manage people. I want to solve technical problems and I changed jobs to get under a PE for the first time in my career. Not even sure it's possible for me to become a PE, just did grad school in engineering, but it's a start.

It was something that didn't sit right with me when she jumped me. I had always crushed her in the money dept. Thankfully I've gotten back real close and will probably pass her up next year. Which is the way it ought to be on account of she's a woman..
