That is fricking unreal to the point that I'm incredulous. They should have offered to call the police. If there isn't more to this, I don't know what to say.

And why didn't she dial 911 and given her address. That would have taken 45 seconds. I've damn sure been on the phone while the plane was pushing back, and no one has ever dreamed of slapping shite shut.
Honestly she sounds pretty fricking stupid and weak to boot. But if SW behaved in this manner...good God.
