Why do the parade tracker apps not show the end of the parade?

You should develop an end of parade app

Because they have to clean the streets after the parade, so it would be inaccurate. Duh

If you are talking about vehicle crossing St. Charles, it takes a couple of hours for the street cleaners to pass.
