I have to force myself to do legs one day a week. Start off with maximum amount of pre-work out powder then 3 sets of squats, burn out on calve raises, some leg extension stuff on the machines, and up hill setting on treadmill for 20 min. That's all I do and I still hate it but I can always tell it helps. It's worth it.

Because real exercise is aerobic, not anaerobic.
Sure you can lift, but you can't hike 5 miles without feeling it....
Meh, I start every day at the gym with a leisurely bike ride while I get my phone set up and warm up. Then 20-30 minutes of riding with my pulse from 165-195 bpm.
After that, water and hit the weights. When I hop back on the bike for a cooldown, my pulse is usually somewhere around 180.
I actually see the highest bpm during dead lifts and leg presses.
I usually work the dead lifts from 200-375
Same thing on the leg press. Start at 200lbs and work up to 515 or so.
My muscles don't usually hurt the next day, but my hips usually murder me.

My ortho already knows about it because I saw him two weeks ago due to the issue: Tendonitis and and impingement in the shoulder. If it lingers, I may opt for surgery.
Did this tendon rupture? Based on the picture, I would think so.
If this is the long head, it would attach to your labrum and could definitely cause pain in the shoulder area.
I have been fighting a similar issue and will most likely bite the bullet and get a tenodesis done at the end of this year

I only had pain at the top of the bicep, not the shoulder area. I did have pain previously at the shoulder, but it's gone now.
PT thinks it's partially tore where the tendon ties into the bicep, and Winder has seen pics but that's it. I'll wait before going in to see him again.

I love working out legs. The only negative is that my legs are typically sore and it effects my running. But it's worth it. Did legs yesterday. About to do back/bis

Because I don't like the inconvenience of not being able to stand up off the toilet for the next 2 days after I shite.

Leg day is miserable for the first 3-4 months. I basically abandoned it completely after high school, but about two years ago (10 or so years later) I finally devoted myself back to them.
However, once you get into the groove it's by far my favorite workout of the week (do leg day 2 out of 4 lifting days per week). It's so brutal and so taxing but so rewarding. The weight just shoots up incredibly, never seen consistent gains like this with upper body lifts.
The outside-the-gym feel is also incredible. Call it a placebo effect, but I feel like my posture and core is so much better after committing to two years of consistent leg programming. My suits and jeans fit better, and when I play things like pickup ball you just really feel better. I know I'm not skying through the gym anymore, but at my age you can immediately tell who takes care of their legs when you do any sort of active sport/endeavor.
