Take your time then. Start accumulating some cash somewhere without raising redflags on your bank statements. Like $40 cash back at grocery store here and there. Set aside $5k before you think about it. Then use a comingled credit card or savings account to spend $5k on hiring an attorney. Don't be fooled by the higher $$ attorneys in town. Find a flat rate one other attorneys badmouth. They are the best.
