Physically I'm sure one will edge out the others but I'm not sure by how much especially when you consider the standards of the most elite. The mental aspect of it is where there's a separation.

But to answer your question, I have no idea.

If I had to guess, seals

But if you do special forces and go through selection you may still not get picked even if you pass all the objectives. I do not know if that is the same for seals

look at the physical qualifications simply to get into each training program.....

there in probably lies the truth

While I agree the SEALs are prob number one here I also have to say that they are not BY FAR superior to the others. I personally was in the Army's 1st Ranger Batt for 10 years and have seen, as well as worked with almost all JSOC units mentioned at some point in time. You hear more about SEALs primarily due to media whoring and OBL, but remember, BUDS is a 6 month course and Navy guys have learned NOTHING except it's big, gray, and it floats among drill and ceremony etc. up to this point of their training. If you join the Army even as a basic infantryman you spend 2 months learning nothing but combat related training. Get into RASP, Q-school etc and we're talking much more lengthy and grueling combat training. SEALs are an elite multi-purpose force while Rangers are a raid/shock force on a larger scale. SF operates in 10-12 man teams and generally SEALs are 4-6 dependent upon mission. All are legit and I have respect for all but SEALs are not leaps and bounds ahead of the others. Just my $.02.
