re: When are you people going to figure this out? - TigerinSC
That QB has been on the roster since last season? If we're seeing that huge of a difference between the two then why isn't Miles? Hell he should see a lot more than that for damn near 5 mil a year. Plain and simple, the product on the field does not reflect what he is paid....

re: Any reason in particular that Miles is getting ALL of the heat for this? - TigerinSC
Think about it, if it were the assistants then don't you think that things would've gotten better/worse with the changes? The offense is IDENTICAL to the offense from 2008 and beyond. Les Miles is the only constant on the staff for that period of time....

re: Which special force has the most rigorous training ? - TigerinSC
If you are a soldier in the 75th regiment they will send you to Ranger SCHOOL as part of your leadership development....

re: Which special force has the most rigorous training ? - TigerinSC
I never said anywhere that Ranger SCHOOL was required before being assigned to a battalion, hats fricking stupid. What I said was that being in regiment prior to going to RS helped me get through RS much easier. Ranger school is a leadership development course, RASP is for soldiers who are trying ...

re: Which special force has the most rigorous training ? - TigerinSC
So what you're saying is serving in a special operations infantry unit prior to entering a school for regular soldiers would not make you more well prepared? I'm not a poser my friend , you are just a goddamn idiot....

re: Which special force has the most rigorous training ? - TigerinSC
I believe this particular drill you are referring to is the CWST or combat water survival test and it is a part of Ranger school. However, Marines incorporate this I to their basic training and it is incorporated into any special operations training. It is quite entertaining to see folks start hi...

re: Which special force has the most rigorous training ? - TigerinSC
I don't know when they went through (what RIP class) but my experience was that initial Indoc was tougher training. Ranger school is not easy, but as I said, serving in Regiment prior made my Ranger school experience less harsh. Your buddies may have a different opinion. Mine is a first hand expe...

re: Which special force has the most rigorous training ? - TigerinSC
Guess it depends on who you ask. I guess it seemed that way because once you get to Regiment they PT the shot out of you so much by the time you go to Ranger school it is much less difficult. Don't know if someone you spoke to was from the regular Army or AF but yes, coming from a regular unit I'...

re: Which special force has the most rigorous training ? - TigerinSC
You are correct....however, ranger school is just as you said, a leadership course for the Army and AF. In order to be selected to serve in one of the Army's Ranger battalions you must pass Ranger Indoc Program, or now called RASP (Ranger Assesment and Selecion Program). These are two totally di...

re: Which special force has the most rigorous training ? - TigerinSC
Not arguing which is best but I will say that between the 82d, 10th mountain, 173rd, and 101 there are some fantastic infantrymen. Air assault and vertical envelopment insertion methods are an essential skill amd should be for any mobile shock force....

re: Which special force has the most rigorous training ? - TigerinSC
He's right though. SEALs and SF are quite different. Seals are maritime force by design but have become a quick reaction/strike force. SF is designed to take indigenous forces and train them to be an effective fighting force. ...

re: Which special force has the most rigorous training ? - TigerinSC
Why is that? So you're telling me that Marine infantrymen are better than the guys in the 82d and the 101st? I have enjoyed working with Marine Corp infantry and they are good, but not better than any of those other guys. ...
